Wine Club Questions

Any person who joins the Greystone Wines Club is entering an agreed quarterly annual shipment in accordance with legal legislation outlined in their terms and conditions. The Greystone Wine Club is an automatic shipment which will continue until the person in question has asked to cancel their membership. Greystone wine club members are free to cancel at anytime. Delivery Policy

Website orders delivered within New Zealand, will normally be dispatched within two working days of payment being received. Delivery is via courier and may take up to five working days to arrive. Greystone Wines cannot guarantee the precise date and time of delivery. Signature on delivery is required unless special delivery instructions are given at the time the order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

Please check your wines upon arrival to ensure they have reached you in good condition prior to signing acceptance of the delivery. All claims for non-delivery, short delivery or damage should be made as soon as possible by email to [email protected]. Every effort is made to ensure the wine you order from Greystone Wines reaches you in top condition. Greystone Wines does not accept responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate handling or storage of the product by the customer. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us by email before returning any goods. Any wine you return must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. Faulty product will be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.
